ABOUT ME
Why I Do This
I decided to specialize in women’s health because I kept seeing the same pattern:
Women struggling–not because they don’t care–but because the information and treatment they’re given is fragmented, confusing, or just flat-out unhelpful.

EXPERIENCE
Elite Athletes
Working closely with female athletes, I watched talented women get trained like men, break down, and get told to push through it.
Different hormones. Different cycles. Different recovery time. None of it was accounted for.
They learned to grit through pain and ignore what their bodies were telling them. And this isn’t just a team-specific issue – it’s a cultural one.
They didn’t deserve that. Neither do you.
PASSION
Teaching
I love to teach, and it’s a big part of what I do.
I lead in-services and seminars for physiotherapists and healthcare teams across Vancouver because women’s health and the pelvic floor aren’t part of most healthcare training.
It's why so many women go undiagnosed, dismissed, and undertreated.
Sharing what I've learned with the next generation of clinicians is something I find just as meaningful as the work I do in the clinic.

TRAINING
Education
I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree and hold an advanced certification in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.
I’m also trained in Trauma and Violence-Informed Care. What’s happened to you, how you’ve been treated, and what’s going on in your life all affect how your body responds to treatment.
But behind the credentials is someone who knows what it’s like. I’ve struggled, learned, healed, and my mission is to help you do the same.
